- Oversee the MEP work (Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire safety and other services) from start to completion.
- Execute: Execution of the MEP work involving installation, commissioning, QC and testing.
- Coordination: Follow up and coordinate with Architect, Project Manager, and our other team members to ensure timely completion of works with norms and specifications
- Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP system.
- Analyze mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions
- Coordination with the Project manager of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress
Qualification:
B. Tech. / B.E. Mechanical or Diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
